Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using ClearSay, an online service for learning English vocabulary. ClearSay is run by Eshak Mikhail, based in England, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ClearSay, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ClearSay.

1. Who can use ClearSay

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account or with a sign-in link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, because anyone who can use them can sign in to your ClearSay account. Tell us at ClearSay.0@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Free and Premium

Some of ClearSay is free. ClearSay Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks every topic, every word and every quiz. We describe what is included on our pricing section. We may add, change or remove features and words over time, but we won't remove the main features of Premium during a period you have already paid for.

4. Subscriptions, payment and automatic renewal

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. It does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

6. Using ClearSay fairly

ClearSay is for your personal learning. You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

7. Our content

The ClearSay name, website, word lists, definitions and example sentences belong to us. We work hard to make our content accurate, but it is a learning aid. It may contain mistakes, and it is not a substitute for a teacher or an official exam course. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at ClearSay.0@gmail.com.

8. Availability

We aim to keep ClearSay available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Pronunciation uses the voices built into your own device or browser, so how it sounds depends on your device.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights as a consumer. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using ClearSay at any time. To delete your account and your personal information, email ClearSay.0@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on the website before it applies to you.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first at ClearSay.0@gmail.com; we will try to sort it out quickly.
