Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information ClearSay collects, why, and what your rights are. ClearSay is run by Eshak Mikhail, based in England, United Kingdom, who is responsible for your information (the “data controller”). Contact: ClearSay.0@gmail.com.

In short: we collect as little as possible. We don't show ads, we don't sell your information, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

1. What we collect

Your quiz scores are saved only in your own browser. They are not sent to us.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers that help us run ClearSay, and only what they need:

We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers store or process information outside your country, including in the United States. When that happens, we rely on the legal safeguards the providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

6. Children

ClearSay is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We only use storage that is needed for ClearSay to work: your browser keeps your sign-in session and your quiz scores. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, and object to or restrict how we use it. To use any of these rights, email ClearSay.0@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Security

We use secure, encrypted connections and trusted providers, and we limit who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you notice anything suspicious.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will tell you by email or on the website.
